Recently, we have observed that many foreigners are interested in meditation and visited and stayed in Myanmar for meditation for more than three months. Therefore, those who like to meditate here in Myanmar, we can direct you where (which meditation centre) you should go because there are many kinds of meditation centers around Yangon, its suburb and all over the country.

Those who have already dedicated to meditate in certain meditation centre…. we can help/assist them to arrange land/air transportation and hotel accommodation in Yangon or in Mandalay. For those who enter Myanmar with meditation visa…..obtained from the country of origin….. we can assist to extend their stay permit with the recommendation of meditation centre where they are going to meditate.
