PAYMENT

Full payment must be made 45 days prior to the arrival of the clients by bank T/T remittance to our Myanma Investment and Commercial Bank, Myanmar.

RATES AND SERVICES

All rates are quoted nett to agent in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice under some circumstances.

Tour prices include transfers & sightseeing in private air conditioned vehicle, hotel accommodation with bed & breakfast (Twin-shared basis), English speaking guide, domestic airfares(s) (if requested) and services as shown in each tour itinerary.

Tour prices exclude visa fees, airport tax, entrance fees, peak season surcharge, all meals & beverages and personal expenses.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation will be effective from the day which the written notice is received. Cancellation fees are sorrowfully charged as follows:-

 COMPLIMENTARY POLICY

Every 16th member of a group will be provided complimentary.
Maximum 4 FCOs per group will be given to the larger group.

CHILD RATE

75% of adult fare will be charged for the children for the children under 11 years old sharing rooms with parents.
85% of adult fare will be charged for the children under 11 years old with extra bed.

REFUND

After the commencement of travel, no refund in full or in partial will be given for the arrangement of the tour in the programmes which are not utilized by intended clients.

GUIDE SERVICES

All the land arrangements are accompanied by our local English speaking guides. Cost of services for other language guides throughout the trip will be of additional charges.

RESPONSIBILITY

Our Eagle Tours Company warmly takes responsibility for in-bound travel including the means of transport: motor-vehicle, rail-road, boat and air travel as per their existing standard procedure (shown in programme), and assumes no liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, themselves.

Moreover, the company can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to the act of God, accident, delay or charges in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike and political concerns or other causes beyond its control.

Participation in the tour implies the tourists’ agreement to the above-mentioned conditions.
